Strategic Plan-Based Management Development

JLGC offers a training program that builds on your company's strategic planning process by training middle and or senior managers in the techniques of personal strategic planning. This process emphasizes for each manager the use of strategic planning techniques to effectively manage and align efforts in their area of responsibility with the company's strategic plan. Once trained each manager can use the same strategic planning process to evaluate their personal goals and strategies.

The strategic plan based management development program begins with an training course conducted at your company site. This training course meets one a week for 8 weeks. At the end of the 8 weeks each manager will have a personal strategic plan and an implementation strategy that is consistent with the company's overall strategic plan. After the training program is complete our consultants will periodically follow-up by phone with each training participant for a period of one year. Our consultants are also available to each trainee by phone for counciling and advice on issues relating to the personal training program for a period of one year.
